Optimizes MS Project schedules by addressing delays, resource over-allocations, and budget overruns through the simultaneous application of project management techniques, including fast-tracking, resource sharing, resource smoothing, efficiency improvements, and crashing. At the moment, the application is in VBA macro format and will be embedded later.
